The Hebrew name YHWH (יהוה) is the personal, covenant name of God, revealed to Moses at the burning bush (Exodus 3:14). To know God is not merely intellectual assent but intimate, relational understanding — the kind of knowledge Scripture calls us to pursue above all else.
